SITE FEE

Monday - Thursday: $4,500

Friday or Sunday: $5,200

Saturday: $6,000

Holiday & Holiday Weekend: $7,000

Refundable Security Deposit: $1,000

Contract The site fee is for 8-total hours. We allot one hour before and after your event to facilitate deliveries, setups, and breakdowns, event coordinator must be onsite. All events conclude by 11pm. Load-out may be completed by midnight with the supervision of your event planner.

 

Upon signing the contract, 50% of the venue fee along with the refundable security deposit is due. Four months before the event date, the remaining 50% is due. After the event, the security deposit will be refunded, less any damages or fees.

 

Additional hours for Main Hall are available for $500/hour.
